We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Sunclass Airlines. As a key member of our maintenance organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and validity of our Aircraft Maintenance Programme.

About the Position

As our Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing airframe systems, powerplant, and components for all aircraft in our fleet of Airbus A321 and A330 aircraft. You will lead and contribute to root cause analysis, develop solutions and recommendations to address in-service issues, and gather data to compile and circulate quarterly Reliability Reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct reliability analysis of airframe systems, powerplant, and components to optimize aircraft availability and reduce costs.
  • Lead and contribute to root cause analysis and develop solutions to address in-service issues.
  • Compile and circulate quarterly Reliability Reports, including relevant Reliability KPIs.
  • Monitor data quality to ensure suitable action plans can be implemented.
  • Make recommendations to improve the effectiveness and validity of our Aircraft Maintenance Programme.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant Engineering subject or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with reliability management in relation to Airbus A321 CEO/NEO and A330 CEO/NEO aircraft types.
  • Experience with AMOS and Predictive Maintenance software such as Skywise is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience with Aircraft Maintenance Programmes.
  • Computer and IT literate.
