As a key member of our Generation Services department, you'll play a crucial role in leading the energy transition to net zero. Your positive energy and innovative thinking will be essential in driving our success.

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for preparing and issuing electricity monthly statements to sites with new and existing products. You'll also analyze product structures, develop procedures to calculate statement and invoice values, and assess the risk of settlement processes.

As a Compensation Analyst, you'll work closely with our customers to understand and interpret complex electricity contracts and products. You'll manage the processing and reporting of Renewable Obligation Certificates (ROCs), Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGOs), and Guarantees of Origin (GoOs).

Your strong communication and influencing skills will be essential in developing strong working relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders. You'll also be responsible for resolving queries arising from data analysis and contract interpretation.

**Key responsibilities:**

* Prepare and issue electricity monthly statements to sites with new and existing products
* Analyze product structures and develop procedures to calculate statement and invoice values
* Assess the risk of settlement processes
* Understand and interpret complex electricity contracts and products
* Manage the processing and reporting of Renewable Obligation Certificates (ROCs), Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGOs), and Guarantees of Origin (GoOs)
* Develop strong working relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders

**What we need from you:**

* Good commercial awareness and strong communication and influencing skills
* Demonstrable experience in a commercial/analytical role
* The ability to identify and resolve complex numeric problems
* Good modelling skills, preferably in MS Excel/Access and VBA
