Job Summary

We are seeking a Night Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrate excellent customer service, and be adaptable to meet the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high standards of service and care to our guests
  • Respond to guest queries and provide security for the property
  • Perform general housekeeping duties
  • Develop a rapport with our guests and provide a positive experience
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
