Job Title: Restaurant Floor Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, including customer experience, team leadership, and compliance.

About the Role:

The Restaurant Floor Manager will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer experience, resolving customer complaints, and motivating and encouraging a team to achieve targets and deliver the best possible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high standards of customer experience are always maintained.
  • TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manage and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY: Maintain operational efficiency by ensuring that products are correctly merchandised and stocked to agreed levels, and that operational standards are met.
  • COMPLIANCE: Display knowledge of and work within compliance to applicable legislation including food safety, health and safety, and employment standards.
  • RESTAURANT OPERATION: Responsible for the opening and closing of our restaurants.
  • AUDITS AND SCORES: Support management team to achieve a B and above on Store evaluation scores on audits viz Restaurant Excellence Visit (REV).
Requirements:
  • EXPERIENCE: Some experience of working in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) is essential.
  • SKILLS: Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • EDUCATION: Must be educated to Higher Secondary School/ RQF Level 3/BTEC /A Levels.
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluent in the English Language (Minimum B1 level).
