We are seeking a highly skilled Event Planning Expert to join our team at MOI Global. This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in event management to deliver unforgettable experiences for our clients.

About the Role:
  • Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of diverse events, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored event solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Event Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably within a B2B technology sector.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated management abilities, including team management and collaboration
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
