Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Engineering Team: Oversee the engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure the team's success.
- Product Development: Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement by driving lean manufacturing principles and CI methodologies.
