Compassionate Homecare Support Worker

At Bluebird Care Ayrshire, we're seeking 4 dedicated and caring individuals to provide high-quality home-based care services. No prior experience is necessary, as our comprehensive in-house training program will equip you with the necessary skills and confidence.
This role requires a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work-related purposes. As a Community-Based Care Assistant, you'll be visiting customers in their homes, providing support with daily tasks such as housekeeping, appointments, meal preparation, medication management, personal care, and complex care needs.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.25 per hour, rising to £12.75 after completing your probation and registering with the SSSC. With career progression, you can earn up to £14.50 per hour. Additionally, benefits include:
