Maintenance Engineer Position

At Wallace Hind Selection, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer / Fitter to join our team in Lincoln. As a key member of our manufacturing unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues promptly and implementing effective repairs
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including 21 days holiday + statutory leave, pension contribution, company profit-related bonus, paid overtime, and no shift-based work arrangements.
