We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at HCA Healthcare UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to meet the needs of our patients and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including health and safety, hygiene, and uniform standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
