We are seeking an exceptional Collection and Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and exceeding our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to provide a seamless delivery experience
  • Lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) covering up to 3.5 tonnes
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
