The Sales Executive role at Graduate Links offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in Oxford. As a key contributor to our subscription sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Your primary responsibilities will include presenting and selling product services to current and potential clients, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving agreed new sales targets. You will also be responsible for preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts, and reporting market feedback to improve our product.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in B2B sales, with experience in lead development, lead follow-up, and closing deals. You should also have proven persuasion and negotiation skills, as well as a commitment to excellent customer service.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £26,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. The benefits package includes 25 days holiday and statutory bank holidays, plus an additional day for every two years of employment, early Friday closure, quarterly socials, and a company bonus after 12 months of service.
