Sales professionals with experience in managing complex and transactional deal cycles are invited to apply for the position of Sales Team Lead - Northern Europe at Klaviyo Inc. This role is based in London, UK.

As a highly organized and process-driven leader, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and retaining top talent for your team. You will also manage the accuracy of forecasts and identify lead indicators of success.

To excel in this position, you should have 3+ years of sales management experience leading sales teams that require complex and transactional deal cycles. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of being a consistent top sales performer with a multi-product/platform sales process - experience in the MarTech or Ecommerce space is a plus.

The salary range for this role is £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, this role is also eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
