Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Executive Culinary Director to join our team and help us create exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

About the Role
  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets the highest standards
  • Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and suggesting innovative solutions
  • Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
  • Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
  • Representing Eurest and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and efficient
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • A City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
  • Experience supervising a team and managing kitchen operations
  • A flexible approach to working and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
