Immersive Experience Host

At Layered Reality, we're seeking a skilled and charismatic Immersive Experience Host to join our team. As a key member of our Front of House (FOH) and Bar team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Conduct ticket checks and support entry procedures, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide assistance during in-show operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Promote and upsell merchandise and photos related to the immersive experience, enhancing guest engagement and immersion.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest enquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and confidence in working as part of a team and independently.
