Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a **Deputy Theatre Manager**. This role is responsible for supporting the effective management of our operating theatres, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals, managing theatre schedules, and implementing processes to improve patient care and theatre efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective theatre management strategies to improve patient care and theatre efficiency
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Manage theatre schedules, ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient care
  • Implement processes to improve theatre efficiency, reducing waiting times and improving patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient theatre operations

Requirements:

  • Strong background in healthcare management, with experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience of leading a team of healthcare professionals, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
