About the Role

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all HR activities for the site, including talent attraction and development, inclusion and diversity, employee engagement, and business improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.

A CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) is essential, as is experience of working in a unionised environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000-£55,000 per annum, plus car allowance and bonus.
