Job Title: Night Auditor

At Moxy York, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct nightly audits to balance the day's accounts and ensure financial accuracy
  • Prepare the hotel for the next day by completing tasks such as restocking supplies and preparing reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Manage hotel room inventory and ensure accurate check-in and check-out procedures
  • Operate Food & Beverage outlets in accordance with Moxy York's standards
  • Manage all bills and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare food, clean, and maintain the cleanliness of the hotel's back-of-house areas
  • Follow all food safety, licensing, and health & safety policies to ensure a safe working environment
  • Support other crew members and follow direction from crew leaders
  • Promote and support the Moxy York brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
Requirements:
  • High energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to multitask and balance hard work with great service
  • Clear and effective communication skills, fluent in English (and other languages a plus)
