Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring commercial and contractual compliance. They serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor project financial and physical performance
- Establish and lead the project team
- Manage project files and documentation
- Ensure project safety performance and compliance
- Distribute project information, standards, and criteria
- Process document change orders
- Define project requirements for vendors and subcontractors
- Implement and maintain a SHE Management System
- Monitor and adjust project technical and financial performance as needed
- Plan and maintain project resources
- Ensure adherence to company policies
- Represent the company in matters related to their discipline
- Protect client and PTL interests
- Report any workplace hazards or incidents
- Provide regular project performance reports (technical, contractual, financial, QA, and HSE)
- Meet with client representatives regularly
- Negotiate changes in schedule, scope, or requirements with clients
- Translate contractual requirements into work plans and schedules
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Develop and implement a discipline strategy
- Coordinate activities across the company
- Prioritize and manage daily work
- Perform other duties within the scope of the role
- Stop work and report hazards or incidents
- Approve project requisitions
- Sign commitments within project budget limits
- Approve and commit subcontracts
- Delegate tasks under their responsibility
- Exercise financial authority within defined limits
- Enhance tender competitiveness and add value during the Key Issue analysis process
- Identify synergy opportunities
- Explore alternative execution methods
- Improve execution method quality, schedules, and budget
- Ensure quality inclusion of PM-related matters in outgoing tenders
- Approve scope, method, schedule, and cost budget prior to tender submission and contract signature
- Review Invitation to Tender and identify risks, propose synergies, and alternative execution methods
- Participate in vendor selection and evaluation
- Join internal risk identification meetings
- Review tender method statements, schedules, and cost budget for reliability and completeness prior to bid submission and contract signature
- Review tender documents and provide clarifications and qualifications
- Join tender clarification meetings with clients as required
- Approve and sign cost budget prior to contract handover
- BSc in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Relevant Offshore Safety Training
- On- or offshore project experience
- Variation in project concepts (turnkey-fabrication)
- Extensive financial and commercial knowledge
- Extensive experience in tender preparations
- Non-project related discipline experiences, labor relations, company management, joint ventures, participation in company management developments, etc.
- Proven record in on- and offshore projects
