About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Assistant Manager to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our busy centres, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor the team to achieve high standards of customer service and operational excellence
  • Run an exceptional operation, front-of-house, to ensure a safe and fun environment for our customers
  • Support the General Manager back-of-house in delivering on centre goals and financial targets
  • Guarantee that your centre has the best standards and service in the industry
Requirements
  • Management experience, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
  • A passion for customer service and a willingness to work nights and weekends
  • Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams
  • A desire for success and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
