Learning Support Assistant

As a dedicated Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to a specific student with unique learning requirements. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the classroom teacher and other professionals to implement a tailored learning plan that addresses the student's specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one support to a student with learning needs, fostering a positive and supportive relationship to promote their well-being and engagement.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans, working closely with teachers, Special Education Coordinators, and other professionals to ensure effective support.
- Monitor and track the student's progress, providing regular feedback to the teacher and parents as needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic support system that addresses the student's physical, emotional, and academic needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and other professionals.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success.
- Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team to ensure the student receives the best possible support.
