As a dedicated member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing individualized support to a specific student with unique learning requirements.

Our ideal candidate will work closely with the classroom teacher and other professionals to implement a personalized learning plan tailored to the student's needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to the student
  • Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans
  • Collaborating with teachers, Special Education Coordinators, and other professionals to support the student effectively
  • Fostering a positive and supportive relationship with the student to promote their well-being and engagement
  • Monitoring and tracking the student's progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success
  • Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team
