Delivering Exceptional Care
Barchester Healthcare Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team. As a key member of our care home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care. Conduct thorough assessments, identify risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Administer medications safely and accurately, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
About You
We are looking for a registered nurse with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential. You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual, committed to delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on our residents' lives.
