About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents with a range of physical and mental health needs.

Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
