Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Peterlee, County Durham. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents and supporting our care staff in providing a high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care and support to residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
- Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain accurate documentation of resident records
- Oversee the administration of medications and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation
- Provide guidance and support to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Requirements:
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of care staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of regulatory frameworks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
