Site Operations Manager

Linsco is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new housing site in the Worcester area.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Management: Assist the Site Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring construction activities align with the project plan. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain a smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Quality Control: Implement strict quality control measures to ensure all refurbishment works meet high standards. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- CML Inspection Process: Ensure all necessary inspections are completed prior to issuing a CML certificate. Coordinate with surveyors, inspectors, and mortgage lenders to ensure the property meets required standards.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Assist in implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols on site. Conduct safety checks and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provide a safe working environment for site personnel.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports. Prepare and submit regular reports to the Site Manager and other stakeholders as required.
- Addressing Snags and Defects: Identify and rectify any snags or defects before the CML is issued, ensuring the property is in a suitable condition for the buyer and meets the lender's criteria.
- Final Inspections and Handover Preparation: Conduct final inspections and prepare the property for handover to the client. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, all systems are functioning correctly, and the property is clean and ready for occupation.
