Dementia Support Coordinator

We are looking for an individual to coordinate dementia support services across various locations.
As a Group Facilitator, you will deliver and facilitate groups and activities to support people with dementia diagnoses and their carers.
The groups take place in community venues and virtually, with a focus on supporting individuals with dementia and their carers.
Admin tasks will be completed at home, requiring good computer skills and attention to detail.
An estimated salary for this position is around £29,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Requirements:
- Compassionate and supportive approach to working with individuals with dementia and their carers
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
