Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our Cooplands Bakery team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar retail management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons.
