Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead and motivate a team in our welcoming Cooplands bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage the bakery during the Manager's absence
  • Ensure store cleanliness and food preparation standards are met
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in food preparation and serving

Requirements:

We are looking for a Team Leader with:

  • Team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings
