About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Central Account Manager to join our team at Anderson Scott Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster long-lasting relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth.
  • Customer Service and Support: Respond promptly and efficiently to customer enquiries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development and Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, expanding our services to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring contracts are up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central: 3+ years of experience with the platform, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Commercial Acumen: A commercially-minded individual with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple customers, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and priorities.
