**Job Summary:**

We're looking for a highly experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating delicious desserts and pastries for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and present high-quality desserts and pastries for our guests.
  • Work closely with our culinary team to create new and innovative dessert menus.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create custom desserts for special occasions.
  • Develop and implement new dessert recipes and techniques to enhance our menu offerings.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality desserts and pastries.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
