Commercial Opportunities Executive

About the OpportunityThis is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to join a market leader in the Health & Safety, HR, and Employment Law sector, offering a truly transformative experience. As a Business Development Manager or Executive, you will have the freedom to generate new business opportunities, attend and close sales meetings independently, and build relationships with potential introducers and referral partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Closing sales meetings and securing new deals.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reporting progress.
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve quarterly targets.
In exchange, you will receive a highly competitive salary of £110,000, with a minimum guaranteed income of £60,000 in the first year, plus a car allowance up to £5,000 or a company car.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of meetings.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Previous experience in field-based sales.
