Job Title: Tailor - 8 hour (more hours available)

At Levi Strauss & Co., we're looking for a skilled Tailor to join our team in Banbridge, United Kingdom. As a Tailor, you will be responsible for customizing and personalizing Levi's products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, including customizing Levi's products on the shop floor or taking measurements for leg alterations in the changing rooms.
  • Support the shop floor team with sales and delivering exceptional customer service once tailoring duties are complete.
  • Deliver great customer service, as well as scheduling and coordination of appointments.
  • Communicate well with other Tailors, Sales Stylists, and Store Management to guarantee smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in tailoring and ideally retail.
  • Ability to sew and stitch to a high standard.
  • Creative and able to think outside the box.
  • Offer exceptional customer service while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
