Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tailor to join our team at the Levi's Tailor Shop in Banbridge, United Kingdom. As a Tailor, you will have the opportunity to work with customers to customize and personalize their Levi's products, while also providing exceptional customer service and supporting the shop floor team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements, including customizing Levi's products on the shop floor and taking measurements for leg alterations in the changing rooms.
  • Support the shop floor team with sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver great customer service and schedule appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with other Tailors, Sales Stylists, and Store Management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Prior tailoring and retail experience.
  • Ability to sew and stitch to a high standard.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
