About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Creative Designer to join our team at HH Global. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative 3D retail campaign concepts and adaptations from global direction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with designers to conceptualize and deliver in-store campaigns that exceed client expectations.
  • Rethink and transform complex content into strategic and easy-to-understand layouts that drive consumer engagement.
  • Ensure all final 3D builds align with brand guidelines and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Participate in creative ideation sessions with the design team and Associate Creative Director to drive innovative solutions.
  • Conduct creative check-ins with the Associate Creative Director to ensure job progression meets client requirements.
  • Develop sketching and creative scamping capabilities to inform 3D building and ensure accurate representation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D build materials and manufacturing processes to inform design decisions.
  • Create engaging presentation decks with accurate measurements and materials used, providing a clear understanding of the design concept.

**Requirements:**

  • BA/BS in Graphic Design, Creative Advertising, or related field, with relevant work experience in graphic design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and good knowledge of design applications such as 3DS Max or Blender.
  • Strong attention to detail, keen eye for 'on-brand' implementations, composition, and design fundamentals.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong working relationships and communicate conceptual ideas effectively.
  • Experience in retail campaign design, particularly in 3D concept and 2D creative, is highly desirable.
  • Genuine interest in the sports fashion industry and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
