As a highly ambitious Territory Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and product awareness for Sherwin-Williams UK across the South East region. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with store teams to foster a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Leading product knowledge training sessions to equip store associates with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Implementing effective strategies to identify and capitalize on opportunities for service and upselling.
  • Ensuring accurate inventory levels, maintaining store signage, and optimizing merchandising displays.
  • Using CRM systems to track sales performance, monitor store activity, and inform business decisions.

To succeed in this demanding role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, sales, marketing, or merchandising.
  • Coaching and mentoring abilities to help others develop their skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales data and store activities.
  • A valid driver's license for frequent travel between stores.

We offer a generous compensation package consisting of:

  • A base salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • An uncapped sales bonus scheme to incentivize outstanding performance.
  • A company-provided car for personal use, accompanied by a fuel card, for convenience and flexibility.
