Job Role: Property Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at FirstPort (UK). As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our property portfolio, providing an exceptional customer service experience for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and to identify any potential issues.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective property management strategies that meet our clients' needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and authorise all expenditure, ensuring that all costs are justified and within budget.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and property management principles.
