Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team at South Yorkshire Housing Association Ltd. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will provide strategic leadership to our LiveWell assets portfolio, ensuring services are financially robust, well governed, and high performing.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead on the strategic oversight and development of the LiveWell assets portfolio
  • Provide senior level operational oversight of services within the portfolio, ensuring they are financially robust, well governed, and high performing
  • Lead a high performing team to deliver customer focused, impactful services and drive a commitment to ongoing continuous improvement
  • Champion collaboration across the organisation in order to support SYHA to achieve its strategic objectives


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience of managing contracts and/or assets, ensuring excellent compliance, performance, and risk management. You will also have strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis, as well as a track record of motivating and leading managers and in the development of a diverse workforce. Additionally, you will have proven experience of leading strategic initiatives, with the knowledge and skills required for successfully delivering change.
