About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Paediatric Critical Care Unit team at The James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children from birth to 18 years who require short-term intensive care or high dependency care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care to children in our Paediatric Critical Care Unit
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and carers to ensure their needs are met
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
- Current NMC registration as a RSCN/Child Branch nurse
- Ability to work within the boundaries of the NMC professional Code of Conduct
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to team objectives and a flexible approach to work
