Campus Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Director to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for providing effective management of academic operations at our Birmingham campus.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Academic Director and Senior Management Team to support the design, development, and embedding of all operational and academic processes.
- Systematically analyse student performance data against national trends and College-specific educational objectives, taking appropriate actions to meet targets and KPIs.
- Monitor retention trends and develop measurable plans to improve student retention and success.
- Act as the Safeguarding Lead and Data Protection Officer for the campus.
- Lead on all Health & Safety matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe campus environment.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions and ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards.
- Represent the College on Committees, Working Parties, and Groups as required, celebrating diversity and promoting equality.
- Educated to degree level with evidence of continuing professional development.
- Significant experience in Project Management, Finance, Operations, and Facilities areas within an educational environment.
- Familiarity with all business functions including HR, Finance, IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of budget preparation, cost estimating, monitoring, and financial management principles.
- Effective communication and influencing skills, capable of developing and maintaining partnerships with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex relationships and achieve successful outcomes for learners.
