Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our partnership with a secondary school in Rugby.

The ideal candidate will have a PGCE/QTS qualification and a strong passion for teaching English, with experience teaching at secondary school level preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver dynamic, engaging English lessons that inspire and challenge students at various levels, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  2. Student Support and Progression: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their academic goals, utilizing resources that enhance student learning and understanding of literary and language concepts.
  3. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop the English curriculum and support school-wide academic initiatives, ensuring effective classroom management and student participation.
  4. Qualifications and Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory, alongside a strong passion for teaching and inspiring students in English.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, providing a competitive compensation package for the successful candidate.
