Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote academic excellence and personal growth in Key Stage 3 & 4 pupils. With a focus on fostering a caring and inclusive learning environment, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless integration into the existing curriculum framework. As a dedicated educator, you will be expected to maintain high standards of teaching and learning, promoting student confidence and motivation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Education or related field
- Valid QTS/PGCE certification
- Experience in teaching English to Key Stage 3 & 4 pupils
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
