Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Assessment Materials Specialist to join our team at Pearson. As an expert in assessment development, you will be responsible for ensuring that our assessment materials meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience in assessment development, content validation, and quality assurance. You will work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to develop and review assessment materials, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and meet the required standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that assessment materials are aligned with curriculum requirements and are free from errors
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and review assessment materials
• Conducting quality assurance checks on assessment materials to ensure they meet the required standards
• Providing feedback and recommendations to improve assessment materials

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in education and assessment development. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. In addition, you will need to have:

• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, psychology, or a related field)
• Experience in assessment development, content validation, and quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of educational theories and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
