Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Performance Analysis Engineer to join our team at Arm. As a key member of our Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) team, you will play a crucial role in crafting the next generation of Arm technology.

This position is based in Cambridge, and you will be part of a sophisticated internal user of our products, responsible for measuring performance and energy efficiency in various use cases and analyzing performance to improve our products to reach maximum performance potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with internal tools to generate and analyze GPU performance data from various applications utilizing the GPU.
  • Implement internal scripts to improve data analysis and visualization tool flows.
  • Communicate performance analysis results within the organization.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Understanding of 3D graphics technology and standards such as OpenGLES, Vulkan, or DirectX.
  • Programming skills in C++ or Python.
  • Experience in standard Linux tools, shell, and version control systems such as git.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Organized and analytical approach to work.
Nice To Have:
  • Experience with DirectX.
  • Willingness and ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
