Chef de Partie

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Daniel Thwaites Family. This key role involves producing high-quality food in a well-equipped kitchen as part of our high-performing brigade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your expertise to create exceptional dishes from scratch, using fresh ingredients
  • Lead a section within the kitchen, ensuring efficient cooking processes
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety throughout your work
  • Ensure all areas of work and equipment are clean and well-maintained
  • Manage food supplies, ensuring effective ordering and storage
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve excellent results across the kitchen

About You:

You will have previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to produce high-quality food, ideally using fresh produce. We have some recipes you will follow but encourage creativity.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
