We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as an Chef de Partie. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food from scratch using fresh ingredients. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that every dish meets the highest standards.

The role involves managing a section within the kitchen, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of our experienced Head Chef and contribute to creating exceptional experiences for our guests through warm hospitality in every interaction.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can enjoy various benefits such as tips paid monthly, Wagestream, 28 days annual leave (rising to 33 days after 5 years), free meal while on duty, and discounted accommodation, food, and drink in our beautiful properties across the country.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar position with a proven ability to produce high-quality food.
