Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of food and beverage outlets for service, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, glassware, and china.
  • Ensure good food safety, hygiene standards, and practices are maintained at all times.
  • Assist with receiving and storage of goods, and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a diverse team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve business goals.
  • Participate in daily briefings and meetings, staying informed about hotel operations and policies.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
