Engineering Excellence Specialist

The Engineering Excellence Specialist at Britvic will lead efforts to improve maintenance efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance overall production performance. This role demands a strong understanding of engineering principles, with the ability to manage complex projects and teams.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance maintenance performance and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Leverage technical expertise to resolve complex engineering issues and optimize equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to track progress and metrics.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification and preferably an HNC in a relevant Engineering discipline, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a multi-disciplinary (mechanical, electrical, controls, automation, software) background, with a time-served apprenticeship in a manufacturing engineering environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to drive business results.
