About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campaign and Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Communications and Campaigns Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies to promote the great work of Essex Police.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering impactful marketing and communications campaigns to engage with our communities and promote the work of Essex Police.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior police officers and external partners.
  • Managing and evaluating the success of campaigns and making recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a marketing, PR or communications management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Strong partnership working skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
