Finance Manager Role
**About the Company**
A dynamic business in the Strabane area is seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing finance team due to sustained growth in recent years. This newly created role will involve working closely with the Finance Director and the wider team, ensuring efficient and effective management of the finance function.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Preparation of monthly and quarterly accounts
* Driving process improvement
* Business partnering with non-finance staff
* Variance analysis
* Processing statutory returns
* Liaising with external stakeholders
* Preparation of ad-hoc financial reports
**Requirements**
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or Part-Qualified/QBE with experience in a similar role
* Excellent IT skills (including Advanced MS Excel)
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
