Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pastoral care to students in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork and a conducive learning environment.
  • Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of students, focusing on individual learning targets and encouraging strengths and weaknesses.
  • Monitor students' progress and report back to parents as necessary.

Requirements

  • A qualified teacher status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching Year 6 students and preparing them for SATs exams.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Patient, resilient, and passionate about teaching.
  • A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.
